The Rehab
Filmed over a period of a year, this is a documentary series for TV3 Ireland that follows six people as they get treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. With unprecedented access to the staff and residents of the rehab centre, this intimate and visceral series follows them from the beginning to the end of their treatment. We meet with and hear the stories of Columb, Sharon, Tobias, Sandra, Mark and Carolyn. As they learn to live without drugs, they have to come to terms with the past; as they examine what has brought them here and what impact their addiction has had on their families.

It follows Caroline Dwyer, his mother, as she travels from Tipperary to Brazil, Bolivia, Brussels and Washington, searching for answers about why her son was shot dead by secret police in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and who was responsible.
